The Congress Proceedings Book and USB Pen will be provided at time of registration to all delegates along with the program booklet.
 
The accepted scientific communications will be published in the Congress Proceedings Book and USB Pen only if the corresponding authors are pre-registered for the Congress before May 10, 2008. One registered author cannot be the corresponding author for more than three scientific communications at the Congress.
 
Instruction for presentation of scientific communication  
ORAL PRESENTATION
 
Time for each oral communication is 15 minutes, of which 10 for presentation and 5 for discussion.
 
The official language of the Conference is English. Therefore slides for oral presentation must be in English and the paper has be presented in English.
During paper presentation, simultaneous translation will be provided from English to French, Italian and Spanish language. During discussion, simultaneous translation from/to English, Italian, French and Spanish will be provided.
 
CD or USB Pen or floppy disk must be delivered to the slide centre possibly two hours before the presentation. Specialized technicians will be at your disposal on site to help in testing e-slides.

POSTER PRESENTATION
Posters must be in English.
 
Poster maximum size is 90 cm wide x 150 cm high. Title, authors and affiliation must appear at the top of the posters and the use of characters that might be read at a 2 meters distance is highly recommendable.
 
Pins will be available on site: please be informed that sellotape is not advised as posters paneles are carpeted.
 
Poster must remain displayed throughout the Conference; the poster room will be always opened during the Congress. A special dedicated poster session is foreseen on June 12, from 17:30 to 19:00, during which authors are requested to be present for discussion.
 
Authors are kindly requested to remove their poster at the end of the Conference on Friday, June 13th, 2008.
